SERPENTINE VESSELS IN ABDOMINAL WALL - A CHALLENGE IN OPENING OF ABDOMEN: A CASE REPORT ON PREGNANCY WITH PORTAL HYPERTENSION
Abstract
A case of primigravida with portal hypertension with massive splenomegaly and pancytopenia is described. Taking into consideration persistent pancytopenia and ultrasound showing polyhydraminos with breech presentation at 37 weeks, we decided to post her for caesarean section with adequate blood products. The management of this case has been discussed here.
